Ashley Wormley, LPCC

Meet Ashley, Your Favorite Black Therapist and Self Love Coach. Ashley is the Lead Therapist and Professional Speaker for Loving Self Counseling Services, LLC based in Dayton, Ohio. Ashley is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey, who enjoys working with individuals and the community to develop and learn self love and self care tips through their natural language.  Ashley has served as a school based therapist working with her local public schools, a hospital crisis therapist for children and adults, and provided individual and family counseling to the community in agency and private practice settings. Throughout her 10 year mental health career, Ashley has taught and spoken to many; offering a unique blend of expertise, real world experience, empathy and vast communication skills.  Ashley is Your Favorite Black Therapist and Self Love Coach; however she considers herself to be a multicultural provider who takes pride in her love and acceptance of differences. 

A Ohio native, Ashley earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wright State University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Criminal Justice at Northern Kentucky University.  Ashley has been working in the mental health field for five years. Ashley has provided mental health care and life coaching services to children, teens, and adults of all backgrounds. Besides a love for helping others and teaching about mental health, Ashley enjoys reading, playing with her daughter, hiking and being out in nature, and spending time with her loved ones.
